Back in the early 80's, Imagination were one of those bands you either loved or loathed. As for me well, for my sins, I belonged to the 1st scenario ; I just loved their music & the crisp, clear sound from Steve Jolley & Tony Swain - who went on to produce Bananarama, Spandau Ballet & Alison Moyet - was the icing on the cake for me.All their hits & a few lesser known songs are on here, including the extended versions of "Body Talk" & "Just An Illusion". It's a pity some of the other hits (including my favourite "Music & Lights") were not presented in their extended versions as well, but it's a good, well-filled greatest hits compilation.

Awesome nostalgia and superb quality

Purchased used, received in Brilliant condition!I loved this group in their day, got great memories of seeing them live. The sound quality is excellent. Love it!! ❤

Takes me back to when the music was so good.

This has to be the worst group in the world. I bought it for one song and one song only. 80’s bird! Otherwise it’s true crap.

My first exposure to Imagination was the end music of the movie "F/X." Their song "Just an Illusion" impressed me to the point that every time the movie played on satellite, I was sure to catch the ending just so I could hear it. I finally decided to see if they had more to offer. and Amazon came through again with this album, among others. Wow! Punchy beats, smooth harmonies, lyrics you can actually understand - it's all there.Recommend? You bet!!
