I use these for carrying large catering orders. For my use case, these have proven sufficient. If support is needed for the bottom, then a piece of cardboard from a box can be used. These are not the thickest of insulated bags, but also not too thin either. These have done a decent job keeping heat in for shorter catering trips. One feature I really like is the two sets of handles; there is a handle on each side so it can be carried like a chest with two hands or like a bag, one-handed.

As a Field Service Technician, I use these every day for work. These are a lifesaver in my Industry. I park my work van at a different location than my car. I use these bags to store my expensive electronic pH Probes which cannot freeze. I move these from the house to the car and from the car to the van, every day - and vice versa. This is now my second Winter using the same bag. The second bag I gave to my wife for grocery shopping.The size is perfect for my needs - you may find it to bee to big. Be sure to use a ruler to guestimate whether or not this is for you. Due to the size, I tend to overload it at the grocery store, and yet the straps are still holding fast. Even overloaded, the bag holds it own.One bag has had a zipper failure (complete) but we still can use it for groceries. The second bag has separated at the zipper away from the foil insulating padding, but again, it's still in use and works well.Overall, I'm very happy with these bags.

My only complaint about this cooler bag is its flimsy. If something more sturdy was added to the bottom to keep items afloat that would be awesome so items inside does not sink into the middle when carried.

I actually got it to carry an expensive talking doll due to its protection from rain so long as I'm not in it too long + padded to keep her protected. Talky Tina likes her extra spacious bag and I can put other things in with her if I want to carry something else without cramping her style so that's nice. Also the bottom is wide and flat due to the bag nearly being a box shape so she won't tip over when I sit her down in it which is nice. She never enjoys being taken to the gym because of tipping over in her old bag and worrying someone will trip over her or something which we can't be having. LOL

I deliver meals for a volunteer organization. This is the perfect size to hold them in my car while I am delivering to residents. When not in use, it folds flat in the trunk of the car.

Originally loved the bags(bought 2). More than ample size to fit 3 paper grocery bag and smaller items. After 6 months the bags tore along the seams inside the insulated interior. Wish they would have held up better. They're nice size and have done a decent job for my Instacart deliveries.

I've been using this about once per month when I buy packaged meat and frozen pizzas to keep them cold for about 25 minutes until I get back home. So far, no problems.

This bag leaked horribly. Absolutely do not waste your money. Ruined my entire trip.
