Q: Is this warm or cool toned and how light or dark is it? The colour on the box looks about a 7 but it’s described as a 9.

It's warm toned. Basically a light copper-blonde colour. I'd say it works best on level 9-10 hair. I don't know why the colour looks dark on the box. For some reason they all do in this range.
