I figured I'd try this weighted blanket since it was pretty reasonably priced. I have not slept well in a long time. It took me a couple days to adjust to having the weight on me but once I adjusted now I fall right asleep at night. I think it has something to do with the weight holding you down more and you are less likely to toss and turn at night. I love it.. a very good investment and I never liked having anything heavy on me before. It is NOT hot when I say heavy.. only heavy in the weight but it's perfect ..so glad I got one.

Comfortable and well-made

Purchased April 2021 and still love it. Reading complaints about it not covering the bed. Read the description. It clearly states" weighted blankets are smaller than ordinary blankets" and the size is clearly stated. I am a very hot sleeper and know that it does hold in your body heat. Overall after 4 years, still give it a 5 out of 5 stars

Love it

It's nice, I think its just the right weight and it is comfortable to sleep with. The material isn't too hot so it shouldn't make you overly sweaty or anything. I'm not sure how my washer is going to like it yet but other than that I think it's great. It doesn't all bunch up in one area too which is a bonus so as long as it stays true to that long term I'd recommend it.

I didn't think that a weighted blanket would make a difference in how my wife would sleep. She sleeps much more soundly than in the 28 years of our marriage. This is a 20 pound and true King Sized blanket. It is made very well. I highly recommend it for both comfort and warmth.

I bought it after my friend was raving about a heavy toy to put on top of you and it helps her to sleep better and deeper, so I thought “go big or go home”, so I got a whole heavy blanket. It is a good quality, heavy weight- mine is 20 lb, and I used it maybe 3 nights. My husband didn’t like it, so I just put it on me. As for falling asleep faster - didn’t work for me; deeper sleep- I woke up more often probably because I was forgetting what was on top of me, so was waking up more. Also I love to be warm/hot, and these beads in the blanket have a cooling effect. This could be great for somebody but not for me.

Has worked great for about a year now. It DOES have ties to use it with a duvet cover. It can be quite warm at certain times of the year (since it polyester microfibre), so definitely get a duvet cover with at least 50% natural fiber.
