Zensson Pizza Cutter

This is a stainless steel pizza cutter with a plastic handle that is textured and easy to grip. The wheel moves freely, but is held securely in place by a rivet. It does not wobble as you use it to cut through a pizza. The angle of the wheel helps you apply pressure more efficiently when cutting. The blade isn't super sharp, but is certainly sharp enough when combined with downward pressure. I think it is as sharp as it could be without making it very dangerous to handle. As you slice through pizza, the blade crimps down the edges and "seals" them off so that cheese doesn't stick in stringy bits between the cut. This is very effective at cutting pizza, even when you are cutting through layers of meat like pepperoni. The only minor issue is an aesthetic one.The guard between the handle and blade is a little wobbly. I'm not sure if it's a tad loose for any reason, but it just gives the cutter a cheaper feel than would be nice.Note: I was given a free sample of this product for my assessment.
