Always on the look out for a natural supplement reinforced by good feedback with multiple benefits, especially something that helps digestion as that’s seems to be my thing during peri to menopause transition.Started these and initially I thought they didn’t agree with me as I kept coming over quite tired and sluggish in waves but i suspect that was just an initial reaction as they entered my system after about 3 days it subsided and since then no ill effects and 2 things stand out. My digestion seems much better and oddly my nails have started to grow. I’m feeling less sluggish now and sleep has become easier and although I still wake in the night I seem able to get back off. As to long term health benefits I can’t comment yet but initially I’m on board and will continue to take for these benefits alone. I hope to comment again if I see other benefits long term, fingers crossed

Not really noticed any changes at all, not sure if they just don't work on me or everyone who's making them out to be miracle pills is exaggerating. Going to take for another week, if still nothing they'll be going in the bin. Expected a lot more from these after reading the reviews so be careful

I have recommended these to all my friends as they are so good! I have a very stressful job but since taking these things are just bothering me less. I'm also sleeping better, digesting food better and am definitely mentally sharper.
