Natural and actually works.I usually get over colds and sore throats so fast that I never needed to bother about cough syrups. But this year I got sick and even after a month I couldn't shake off an awful cough and sore throat. A good friend suggested this product, she called it "miracle cough" so I gave it a try, finished the bottle and it helped me greatly.
