Kinesio tape is so versatile for hikers, runners, and athletes. This tape was designed to reduce muscle strain when applied properly, but I use it as part of my backpacking first aid kit. It works better than moleskin for blisters because it is lower profile, flexible, and it breathes properly to keep skin from getting moist and breaking down. Feeling a hot spot on your foot or heel? Wrap it with this tape BEFORE you get the blister and it will keep you going on the trail. You can cut it into smaller strips and make bandages (just use a little gauze over the wound before applying tape). In a pinch, it replaces an ACE bandage, too. I can wrap 2 ankles and 2 knees easily with one roll of this tape, and the heat activated adhesive means it stays on strong. It's water resistant, too, so you can sweat, bathe, or get rained on and it will adhere for up to 3 days.This replaces the inferior paper or heavy non-flexible waterproof medical tape I carry, and it now also replaces having to carry a heavy ACE bandage. The roll is super lightweight for those ounce-conscious hikers, too.Get some!

Suitable, easy to use, comfortable and a little thin. But I bought a few boxes without additional packaging, and the packaging box was a little deformed when I received it.

Better than expected results and it stayed on very long time, about 5x7 days and I shower twice daily.Make sure your scissors are sharp or else the cut isnt as clean and the tape tends to rub and come off easier.All in all I would buy this again. I wish this company sold them pre-cut.

The tape goes on quite easily but it doesn't stay on long enough. It starts curling at the end of the first day and comes off during the next night or following day. So if you just need it for a day or so it is fine but I needed it to stay on longer to support my ankles. This tape DID NOT bother my skin as some of the other sports tapes I tried did.

My acupuncturist turned me on to this. This product absolutely works!!!!! Every chance I get I tell some one about this and how well it works. I would buy it again and again and again.

Sports Tex is the best tape I've used so far. Make sure to round the corners and it will stay on for several days.

Very good, has the right amount of stretch, stays on pretty well. I didn't give it 5 stars because sometimes, not always, it will come off quicker than other times. Maybe I'm not rubbing it hard enough to activate the adhesive, but it's frustrating. All in all a good product though. I would buy it again.

Product is crappy. As I am applying the tape it is immediately peeling/rolling up on the ends. The tape my physical therapist put on lasted 3 days. Put this tape on 3PM today, is 7PM now and tape is already rolling up/peeling on the ends. most kinesiology tapes last for 3-5 days of wear. this tape hasn't lasted even 1 day.Thought this would work like K-Tape without the logo /designs on it. Just wanted Plain Kinesio Tape in Skin color.Would not recommend this brand to anyone. Buy a better brand like K-Tape or Rock Tape.Sucks that their return policy says no returns/refunds on health/medical products, which I assume this tape may be considered.
