Burts Bees Lipstick - # 520 Scarlet Soaked by Burts Bees for Women - 0.12 oz Lipstick

Nice color. Very smooth on. It ended up little on the pink side of red but love the feel once on the lips. Size seems to be good and well worth the price.

Need to replace this tube. And I’ll replace it with the same one because it stays on and moisturizers. Doesn’t have that chalky feel.

This is a good lipstick. It is kind of a lipgloss lipstick but more pigmented. It can be worn sheer or layered up for stronger pigment. It is not grainy like some reviews said. It is smooth. Scarlet soaked is a red with a little brown and orange. I have also been using it as a blush and it is amazing for that. The tube keeps the lipstick from breaking. It's a good purchase.

My lips break out if I use anything with red 40 dye in it and this lipstick is great. Strong bold color, but doesn't make my lips react. Only slightly dry, but I don't mind that.

I love the way this lipstick goes on smoothly moisturizing your lips with natural ingredients and the color Scarlet Soaked is superb. Because of its lightness it tends to vanish from your lips without you realizing it so you do need to reapply through out the day. I also use it as eye shadow and dab a little on my cheeks. Bottom line, I trust Burt’s Bees and so this is just another one to add to the list

So far when I apply to lips, it goes on smoothly and easy to take off. I might press to hard because the lipstick is a little bit to one side. So, I will try not to press it on lips too hard. It still works to roll up and down. I like Burt's Bees products because I want products to be as natural as possible.

I have both Blush Basin and Scarlet Soaked. The former is almost exactly the same color as my natural lip, while the latter is a very pretty and bold shade of red. It goes on smooth, and definitely has been helping my chapped lips - my lips tend to dry out and chap if I go a day without lip balm, but this is a good substitute. It lasts for a few hours, but I've noticed that the color fades a little after 15 minutes or so - it's not a 'long-lasting' color, but lasts long enough for most situations. It doesn't seem to get caught on my teeth like some lipsticks, which is a bonus. I haven't had any irritation from this product, but I don't usually get irritation from lipstick anyway. I would combine this with a lip exfoliator for best results, because it does a good job to keep lips moist once you get the dead skin off, and perhaps some translucent powder if you prefer a matte finish, since it's quite creamy.

Enfin un rouge à lèvres noté Excellent sur Yuka, avec une belle couleur lumineuse et qui n’empoisonne pas mes lèvres ! La couleur est vraiment belle. Il est super hydratant et laisse les lèvres douces. Il ne tient évidemment pas toute la journée, mais c’est plus rassurant comme ça, je l’emmène avec moi et j’en remets un peu quand il y a besoin. Il ne me quittera plus, c’est sûr !

La composition est bonne néanmoins il est comme un tatouage et file dans les ridules faut mettre un soin avant de l’appliquer et ne s’enlève pas facilement

I’m really satisfied with this product! The texture is very smooth on the lips, it doesn’t feel sticky, and it keeps my lips hydrated without drying them out. It’s also quite moisturizing and has a nice colour. However, the only downside is that the colour looks different from the photos on Amazon. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase!
