Finally found the correct ones.
At first I thought it was the wrong type.....I had to take the top off for it to work. Very hard to find for my old stream inflatable vest. Every where I called said they are no longer making them so glad I found these.

No Return on these products!
I bought from just looking at the picture and the description. I needed a 3/8" threaded nozzle, it came with 1/2". They consider this a hazardous product, so there's NO RETURN! Beware. It was not considered dangerous when it was sent to me! If it's not descriptive enough for you to know it's exactly what you want, don't buy.

CO2 Cylinder rearm kit
The CO2 cyliners arrived in a timely manor however the activation unit that goes with them was missing from the kit making the CO2 cylinders usless.
