The glasses arrived on time and packaged well. This was during the holiday season. The description was accurate. The inscription was good quality. We are enjoying them greatly. Good value.

Great gift idea, it was easy to understand the steps to order, and received very quickly. I am happy.

This gift set was offered for ~$64.00 dropped to ~$54.00 with coupon. Charged approximately $10.00 for "all engraving " However my total cost was $150.00. Three times the original amount. This product is not worth this price. I'm very disappointed. 🙁 i will be returning this product.

I ordered the customized glencairn set with customized box. The quality is good and engraving was nice, though I would have like to see the engraving pop a bit more. Everything was packed well inside and outside the gift box. Unfortunately, one of the four glasses was broken upon arrival despite the exact same packing as the rest. It was one of the glasses on the side, so maybe some jostling during shipping banged it against the inside of the box. Amazon wouldn't refund/replace because it was customized and the return/refund function on Amazon's site left me a bit confused and very frustrated. Amazon gets a 2-star review for that bit. However, once I contacted the seller, they took care of me very quickly (responded within an hour) and sent a replacement in a few days. It wasn't their fault, but they made it right and that earned my future business. One star removed for price...I would have hoped it would be a bit closer to $100 and not $150, but overall I'm very satisfied with the product.

Great gift. Love mine as I really like to enjoy each note of my bourbons. I’m not a bourbon snob, but enjoy drinking from my glencairns.

This is a great product form a great seller. The wooden box is beautiful and the engraving is perfect. I had the first shipment stolen from my porch and the seller replaced it for free. Really great all around. Very classy product.

Glasses are nice but I never received my box I paid for. Still no resolution.
