Bought this as a general purpose kitchen knife and found to be very versatile to cut vegetables, meat and fish from one month of use including prep for a big Christmas meal roast. The handle feels good and maintains a very sharp blade. I hand wash as instructed and no rusting from drying naturally. It comes with a plastic sheath to protect the blade and for safety. This has become my most used kitchen knife!

This is an absolutely stunning looking knife that has a lovely design and oozes quality. It looks and feels very durable. It's suitable for every type of normal use and is perfectly balanced which is important in a good knife. It's slices through everything with ease so if you want to keep all your digits .. be careful!!
