Just what I was looking for!
I have been using VitaRelax twice a day for a week and a half. Whether it's truly working or more of a placebo effect, I can't say, but I am so happy to report that I have been almost 100% anxiety free during this week. Also, during this past week I encountered a few very uncomfortable situations, which I was able to handle with clearly and without stress. Will definitely be buying again!! Thank you!

They're okay
I decided to give these a try because I have been looking for an all natural alternative for dealing with stress. I just found that they don't do anything for me at all. I gave it a full week to see if I would notice any difference, but I never did. Now this could just be me. I'm not saying this is a bad product and that it won't work for someone else. Everyone is different and every body reacts to things differently. Natural relief for anxiety
I bought this for a teen as an alternative to prescription medications for anxiety. I like that it is made from natural ingredients. She wishes the pills weren't so large so they would be easier to swallow.

Since I started taking these I feel like a new person
I've been suffering from insomnia and anxiety for years, half of my life. I'm 35. Since I started taking these I feel like a new person. They really do put you in a better mood, and help your brain rest. I take one before bed every night and I'm still astonished at how well they help me sleep. It's amazing! Very helpful for inner stress and anxiety
I cannot say enough about this supplement. I began having stress related health issues at age 12, doctors told me to read or sew when I felt stressed. My entire life has been plagued by internal stress that prayer, meditation, reading, or any other thing did not diminish. Drugs or self medication didn't help. These pills work and fast. If you are sceptical, it's not a huge investment try them
