I'm not an expert but always have a dozen open hot sauce bottles goingThis would be my desert island sauce. It goes on anything and has a wonderful, balanced flavor.It is not extremely hot, fine for anyone who enjoys some spice. A few glugs on a wing is enough to feel your face though. A step up from the normal Cholula or Tabasco heat but not in macho territory.

It's not so hot that the heat distracts from the flavor. That's the main thing I was looking for in a sauce, and this fit the bill. Their whole philosophy is to not post or worry about the Scoville and just focus on flavor - but the Scoville is ~5,000shu. This is 1x-2x as hot as Tabasco by label, but I find it to feel at least 4x as spicy in my experience. I'm not crazy about the carrot-forward flavor, but it still tastes pretty good and I guess that makes it unique. I like with pizza - hard to find a good pizza hot suace that complements and doesn't try to be 'fun' like most that have mushrooms/truffles/high-Scoville peppers. It's just a good tasting suace, with a pleasant burn. And isn't that what it's all about?

I love this hot sauce and put it on lots of different foods. It has a great vinegar base flavor and the heat is moderate and not overwhelming with great flavor. My only criticism is that it is expensive compared to other hot sauces but I'm addicted to it now so I continue to pay the high prices LOL !!

I like this sauce has a good amount of flavor and pairs well with many types of food heat is good not too strong/ I do believe this hot sauce has a little hotter with age so depending on how fresh it is heat may vary

A BIT PRICEY, BUT GOOD OVERALL HEAT AND FLAVOR FOR ANYTHING-SOUPS, EGGS, TOFU, POTATOES, ETC. GIVES OFF A STRONG TACO BELL HOT SAUCE VIBE FOR SURE ( FOR THOSE OF USE THAT USED TO EAT THAT STUFF!) . GOOD CLEAN INGREDIENTS

I love this sauce, cant recommend it enough- amazing on breakfast foods BUT it does not seem to be surviving the amazon rodeo. Seals on the sauce have come twice now with an edge lifted on the seal (knocked loose or open) on 4 of the 5 bottles causing the sauce to arrive slightly spilled. Not a huge deal but the sauce should be refrigerated after opening so now its a gamble. Love the sauce but may have to buy from brick and mortar

If you like hot sauces, I highly recommend this. Great flavor; versatile. Not too spicy but just right.

This sauce hits the spot! Great texture, heat, and complex flavors. My favorite for breakfast eggs.

This is hands down the best everyday sauce! Period. Dont look elsewhere. I put this on everything. Has a decent amount of heat when used liberally, or milder if not as much is applied. The flavour-heat ratio is nearly perfect! Wish these guys would just sponsor me so I’d never be without it. Buy buy buy!!

Discovered this stuff a few months ago cant stop putting it on everything. The bulk bottle is the way to go keep your smaller one to refill.

I just wish they have bigger bottles.
