Huxley makes some very nice products, and this under eye cream is no different. It comes in a very cute little frosted glass jar. The cream inside is actually pretty solid and not like a whipped cream or something. When you use it the next thing you will noticed is that it smells absolutely amazing! It does come with a small little spatula but for an eye cream, I wouldn’t really put that near my eyes but I guess it works to scoop the tiny amount you need out.Even though the cream is packed sort of solid in there, it is very light, it is almost like it somewhat softens when it comes into contact with your finger and your body heat. When you apply it to your skin it absorbs pretty much instantly and fully and leaves no residue behind. The skin feels soft and smooth and just looks great. I for one really like this one a lot and even though the jar is tiny at $32 I still consider this a mid-range priced product.

This product says it is hypoallergenic, but it broke my skin out. I have super sensitive skin, but it is also dry, so I’m always looking for something super moisturizing for the delicate skin around my eyes. This was not it. For the first couple of days, it went on smoothly and seemed to keep my skin moisturized, but I had a dermatitis flare up in under 5 days only wear I used this cream. My skin itched, burned, and broke out in an unsightly swollen rash. So if you have very sensitive skin, beware.

This is my absolute favorite of the Huxley Secret of Sahara skincare line!! I first found out about Huxley when I got a sample of the essence in my monthly box subscription. I immediately ordered it and use it all the time (by the way, you gotta try it).This eye cream smells so good and clean, I love the scent. I don't know how they do it but their products absorb into my skin like they were tailor made for me. It melts into my skin like an oil, but it's not oily. I am so glad I got this eye cream. I have eye creams that are 9x the cost of this and I've reached for this one over them. My skin isn't tacky and my makeup still goes on smooth.Love this eye cream. Love Huxley Secret of Sahara. 10/10 recommend!

I was hoping this would work but it didnt. It made my skin around the eyes really itchy. I don't usually have allergic reaction to scented skincare but this was way too strong.

No, not really, but Huxley is instead a known name in Korean high end beauty with a diverse lineup of products. As a regular traveler to Korea, I know the natural beauty and great skin that Koreans often possess. The department store cosmetics there are stunning. Thus, we were intrigued by this eye cream. Keep in mind that most Korean cosmetics are chemical lab oriented so if you are gravitating more toward all natural products, this may not be for you. It includes common humectants such as glycerin, dimethicone, and butylene glycol to enhance moisturizing, with a prickly pear cactus exact to help you feel pampered. In terms of product marketing, the Sahara sure is a long way from Seoul!

I applied this Huxley Eye Cream this morning, not only around my eyes, but all over my face. I don't have lines or crow's feet around my eyes, but do have lines/wrinkles around my mouth and lower cheeks (jowls), so that's my target area. This is a concentrated Eye Cream and is a medium consistency, and I noticed "a little goes a long way". It's a soft beige color, is not sticky, and has a slight and pleasant scent that doesn't linger long. The cream is slick and smooths on easily, and soaks in quickly with a sheen that disappears, leaving the skin feeling hydrated and supple. Included in the box is a small clear plastic scoop for those that prefer that mode for transfer from jar to skin. The cream has Ceramide Complex - lipids that help the skin retain moisture, and that's good. Upon reading, mentioned was: liquid-oil crystal matrix. My conclusion description after some research was 3 words: energy, cleansing, spiritual. Interesting. I do like this new Eye Cream!

The texture of the cream is so light that it can be used even in the morning before applying the makeup. The eye concentrate soaks very quickly into the skin without leaving any sticky residue. The cream has a very mild smell leaving you to enjoy the moment once you apply the product. It's deeply hydrating and soothing, without feeling tacky or sticky. It absorbs quickly and allows for easy / smooth make up application. I definitely notice that it leaves my eye area looking notably brighter and smoother. When I tried using it the first time i was very pleasantly surprised- the formula felt rich but not oily and I found I only needed a very little bit of the cream to cover the whole area. When applying with the wand it really did feel cooling and quite pleasant... although i tended to need to finish massaging in with my finger.
