I'm so excited to receive this product. I took my first dosage and I paused waiting for that nasty taste it used to have as a child, but was not the case and this is so pleasant. Now the big hope is, this effective for this inflammation because I'm suffering I'll give it 90 days. It does taste pleasant. It comes very well protected perfect packaging.

A true cod liver oil such as this one is worth its weight in GOLD. The vitamins and nutrients in it are extremely effective in helping your body to do what it needs to do to be fully healthy. I find I feel completely different if I forget to take it in the morning with my other supplements. Also, I am a super taster, and I can tolerate the taste easily when I take it directly by the teaspoon. I take 2 tsps every day and have no problem swallowing it. This is a great high-end cod liver oil, and in my opinion, possibly the very best on the market period.One more note: our son had an abscess above one of his front teeth for a few years and nothing seemed to help. I switched him over to a healthy foods diet which included this supplement and within 2 months his abscess was completely GONE. Healthy saturated fats (coconut oil & butter for example) along with supplements like this one can literally work miracles on the body.

This brand of cod liver oil is the best non-fermented clo you can get. It is processed in a way that helps it retain its natural vitamin content. And the best part is, besides its very reasonable price, it tastes great. Just like lemon mint. My mom and I could not detect any fishy flavor at all. My toddler even took some and didn't seem to mind the flavor . If you know toddlers, you know that speaks volumes! I'd give this 5 stars but since we just started taking this, I don't yet know if it will live up to its name as a super supplement. Hopefully!

I love every single one of Garden of life's products I have tried. This one is no exception. I, myself, take cod liver oil capsules but wanted to find a cod liver oil in liquid form to give my children. I wanted to try something that was flavored and didn't taste like fish. (Eew!) this one has a lemon mint flavor and tastes just as it is described. It does have a very slight fishy taste to it but it isn't that noticeable. My children love it. whenever I run out of my capsules I even take this. I cannot tolerate the taste of fish but I can handle this.In case you haven't researched the health benefits of taking cod liver oil, the benefits are outstanding! To name a few, taking cod liver oil increases your immunity, gives you super soft and glowing skin, helps with skin dryness and blemishes, promotes eye, heart and brain health and there are many other benefits as well. I bought it and have used it now for 3 going on 4 bottles, and it appears to have increased my overall mood in a very positive manner. Bottom line, Grannie was right, and I intend to use this product for life.

I bought this for my Mom & Dad who are both elderly. My dad takes it daily and seems to not mind the smell or the taste. It's very easy to take a tsp per day. I think it helps the skin hydration and even his hair. Quality brand in my opinion & has good vitamin content for cognitive health. I also buy when on sale b/c Carlson is so expensive to do monthly. I will be taking it again soon for myself when I can afford to budget it again but for now they like it!
