Not sure I should take off a star, except for my own use and situation.I order Magnesium Complex from this brand which completely eases muscle cramps in my legs and is also helpful with sleep and constipation. (In my 70’s) I ordered the glycinate by error, but decided to try it. It is not adequate for my leg cramps and spasms. It relieves them somewhat, but not completely. My son, in his 30s, decided to try one for leg cramps after lifting workouts. It really worked for him. He’s going to get blood labs done just to make sure it’s safe for him. Also beware that these items are not returnable even if unopened.
