I was scared to buy after reading the reviews but im glad i got it stays on and color is vibrant glad i listened ti my heart

So I found that you have to apply this on and let it dry completely so that it doesn't just smear and come off. The truth is though it rubs right off with your finger but if you don't touch it then it stayed on my lid. Now if you were to be in a situation where you were working out or in a hot climate or club I'd say this might just come right off .... so I think it's kinda a waist of money for what I paid .
