That's the problem with supplements. If they're working, how do you know they're really working?A general practitioner I visited a couple of weeks ago, recommended that I take 50 mg of zinc daily. I had an upper-respiratory illness. She recommended that I take the zinc with Vitamins C and D to boost my immunity. So, I started taking all three.
