These bags were a perfect size for loaves of sour dough bread to be given as gifts.

They fit a 9" round loaf of sourdough regardless of the thickness- 4-6" tall. Very nicely. Very pretty, well made, great for gifting bread.

I absolutely *love* the bags and the string and labels...they make my amateur sourdough bread baking look so professional. HOWEVER.....the parchments sheets that came in the bundle caused the bread to stick. I'd made several boules using store-bought parchment with no issues. I don't want to throw these sheets away so i'll be treating them with a light oil or semolina before baking
