Fantastic idea! It works as a necklace extender that also looks nice. These can be used singly or in pairs. An added benefit is that it helps keep the necklace clasp from creeping around the front. The metal is smooth and the hooks don't snag my hair or clothes. The construction is sturdy - it would take a lot of force to bend it. When using two, also makes fastening it behind your neck a breeze. Once you get used to it, you can even unhook it without looking. I wish the silver was sold by itself, because that's the only one I needed. They are packaged beautifully and would make nice gifts. The seller also included little clear rubbery end caps for extra security.

My husband bought me a cute (but really short) two-tone necklace for Mother's Day. I bought these to extend the chain and ended up using three - two silver and a gold in the middle. They're sturdy and attractive, which is great. I knocked off one star because they can sometimes become disconnected quite easily. For me, it's when I wear my hair down. I guess my curls jostle it or something? When I wear my hair up, I don't seem to have that problem.Definitely recommend.

They're pretty & they do lengthen the necklaces, as they were designed to do. I was hoping they would prevent my necklaces from migrating around my neck. But, they don't, therefore I don't use them anymore.

I don't usually write reviews, this is my first. But I really like this product. The extenders are functional, pretty and easy to use. The give a little added something to your necklace without being boring or distracting from the necklace itself. In some cases actually make it look prettier. Most extenders are just plain chains and don't match the chain they are attached to, these don't try to match but inhance. They are light weight and pretty. Glad I took a chance and bought them, for me the only down side, I gave fat fingers and arthritis so it was difficult to put the plastic caps on my husband had to do that for me still think they deserve 5 stars.

These are very hard to close and to undo! Yes they are pretty, but not easy to use. Would not buy again.

Why, oh why didn't someone think of this sooner? Not only are these functional, they're also really pretty in their own right. I love how they're extending your necklace while totally looking like part of the design in the process. Brilliant! One small disclaimer: while the hooks are thin enough to work with the vast majority of your necklaces, these will likely NOT fit with your delicate or daintiest chains. Still, I highly recommend them - they should be a staple in any woman's jewelry wardrobe!

Nice concept but doesn't work. Even after trying to bend the ends I still couldn't keep my necklace from slipping off. Very disappointed.

What a unique Extender and I am thrilled with my purchase. It works just as described toextend my necklace chains and looks sexy on the back of the neck. No comparison withthe other extenders on the market...this blows them out of the water!!!My only issue is that I am warm toned and only wear gold jewelry so would like the optionof ordering an all gold packet or for those who wear silver, an all silver packet. Forthose who wear both, then what is offered is fine for them, of course.
