been using this on and off for years. its SO good. i've gained a lot of weight and pulled this out again. i'm currently 195, and 5'9" the large still fits amazing. i was like 175 when i got this. it's still so comfortable. i've worn it around work or when just running errands under my clothes. i've used it on bare skin before but lately been using it with Castro oil and plastic wrap. its really good quality. GET IT.

Love this trainer! Happy to say I am one very pleased customer with the results this purchase yielded. Initially I was very skeptical about it wasn't expecting to be blown away by the results which included even losing some weight wearing this little thing !!! I just re-ordered myself a new one in a smaller size now that the one that was originally ordered no longer fits, I already can't wait to get my hands on it. If you are contemplating about the fit of the trainer I thought long and hard about it too mostly because I'm more on the curvier end which can make size selection hard. In my situation my waist is on the small side and my hips are wider so if you are in the same boat as me this review is for you. No second guessing needed ladies it worked so speaking to the ladies that can relate to having bigger hips rest assured that it will fit and more importantly, it won't be noticeable at all expect a seamless fit a major plus if wearing this under clothes. With one zip instantly see results at least for me I look like I had a surgical tummy tuck and a breast lift . All in the same time while wearing the trainer becoming accustomed to adopting the second nature of correcting improper body alignment which will keep you comfortable in your waist training journey. you will learn the hard way if your constantly out of alignment this will never work for you it's hard to move any of the midsection wearing this. Very Impressed by how it just stays in place thing wont be sliddong around once it's on its on if you need to re-adjust your going to need to take it off completely. Give yourself some time to figure out how to get used to it, it has a very firm hold the so choose a size proportionate to your waist. Material has maintained a very tight tuck me in tension thus far, shocked considering being well over a month of all day use, still no loss of tension.

Yes it's great it tucks everything in its comfy and it's makes you sit up straight. Great for my back because I have mild spinal bifida. You can even exercise in it.

It’s a good fit and good material. It’s just too small. I literally went by the views. One girl weighed 200 and got and xl. I’m only 7 lbs bigger and I cannot zip it up. The girl who ordered a 2xl was 235 lbs. I wouldn’t have been able to fit it. I guess I’ll keep it and just train until I can zip it up

Sheeeessss baaaack! I haven’t felt this good about my waist in a long time and I’m so glad that I finally decided to break down and get this waist sincher because this is giving! It’s made of high quality material. It actually helps you to sweat underneath and it has three prong connectors inside and a zipper on the outside. It does everything that is should to make you look hot underneath your clothes. Not hot as in heat hot, but hot as in sexy hot. lol would highly recommend this if you are looking to look great underneath your clothes and maybe you had children and your body has gone through some changes like myself and you want to look your best. This would be ideal for you. I recommend going down one size. I usually wear a size medium and clothes, but I ordered a small and it is perfect for me. One note that I was told when purchasing if you can stick your finger in your undergarment, it’s not tight enough, so just a rule of thumb this helps someone in their selection.

When I saw this waist training I thought it looked gimmicky. I did not think it would change my waistline very much but decided to buy it and see for myself. It has enough resistance that putting it on was difficult at first. I almost zipped some skin the first try. After several uses it became mush easier to put on, stretching a small amount. It does push in on my bra-line although I have a long torso. I wear this to work 5 days a week. I have been doing this for 3 weeks. The first week I wore it several hours in the morning and took it off after lunch. I have a physical job where I bend, kneel, etc often. I have washed this item once because of heavy sweating the first week. Now week 3 a rib is beginning to poke through the latex at the bottom. Frankly, I think the rib started poking through due to me sitting at my desk and not while working in the field, I noticed it was bothering me while sitting for several days. I would like to think my tailor can do something to fix it but I had hoped it would hold up better since most women wear these for working out and daily use. One the positives it does a great job slimming my torso. At the end of the day my skin is so happy to be out of it though I have trouble wanting to put on my corset which I like to wear all evening. If I were wearing this just to look hot from time to time I may have given this 5 stars but since I expected daily use and long lasting performance I have given 3 stars. Update: What can I say I am fat and cheap so I thought I would give this product another shot... Well two. I purchases another black waist compression and a nude. The Nude arrived with one of the closures not sewn in place. I thought I would take it to the tailor and make due. The black was intact so I put it on and in doing to the stitching on a closure ripped free. Now I have two training to take to the tailor before I can wear them at all. I must be a total idiot to have bought any more of these!

I have been waist training for over 8 years and have use many different brands. I have a couple of waist trainers and they never disappoint. This waist trainer is one of the most comfortable I have ordered from Amazon. There is no boning, so nothing feels like it biding you, but it does snatch you up. I feel they run a little big; I used the size guide and I provably could have sized down as I’m on the third set of hooks. But this will be perfect for working out. Definitely recommend.

I do not have much more words to qualify the quality and perfection of this waist trainer. It’s absolutely the truth and would encourage anyone looking out there for some good snatch to not miss out on this one!…Been using this as a postpartum tummy trainer and Everything about it is the truth!

Good. But I would like something longer that covers the entire abdomen from under breast to the start of the hip.

En lo personal el material me encantó solo q me deje guiar por una una reseña q decía q le quedó muy pequeña q asta se rompió así q me espante y me encargue la chica xq pensé q la extra chica no me quedaría ya q no soy flaca soy delgada de la cintura asia arriba pero para bajo soy algo ancha caderona mi sintura mide 69 CM y esperaba ponerme la en los broches premieros para después si bajaba ir moldeando más la cintura ir recorriendo asta el último pero no fue así desde el principio me quedo en el último en el más apretado se supone, la verdad aún así me quedo algo flojita esa es mi experiencia pero de ahí en más me encanta te da una muy buena movilidad y la voy a volver encargar pero en xs para q se den una idea mis caderas miden 110 y mi cintura 69 ... Espero y les sirva de algo mi experiencia xq si está muy padre y moldea super bien

I'm 5"7 and weights 167lbs and I ordered a medium. It's the perfect fit!!! It does everything that a waist trainer should and it's not uncomfortable. I'm able to wear it up to 7hrs and I'm already seeing a difference in just 1 day. I never write reviews but had to for this product. Get it girl, u won't regret it!!!
