Quality choice
After seeing on line what ingredients might be in more famous Ramen brands I was glad to find this. It tastes really good, too.

Good for restrictive diets
With certain diet restrictions added to my diet I bought these for something different to try. You do have to let them cook longer than recommended (at least double time) to get the same thickness as other ramen noodles. Millet and brown rice are filling grains and a good snack option.

One of the better Gluten Free Ramen Noodle Options
So very happy to find these Gluten Free Ramen noodles. We use them for all kinds of gluten free pasta dishes. We have not found a better reasonable priced GF ramen noodle.
