I suggest getting one side up unless you want the shirt to be very see-through. These shirts are very lightweight and very thin along with very stretchy. If you don’t get the correct size then it will be too tight and fairly see-through.I am 6‘2“ and I normally wear a double XL shirt and I ordered a 1XL shirt and it fits more like a slightly tight 1xl.If I order this again (I will if my other ones break down or get too worn out) then I will get one size up.

I tried one of their long sleeve compression shirts before and was impressed with the quality. But I wanted less than a compression shirt yet more than a saggy tee--this was PERFECT. I am back online now to buy some more. (I am 177# and 5'8" tall... normally take a Medium and the medium fit exactly.)

This item has a snug effect with the material so it tightens slightly like a rubber band against your body showing all your fat rolls. Pass on this one if you don’t want the world to see you eat a pizza per day lol.

I love these shirts, great quality material, I've washed them and they come out great. I've used them to play basketball and to workout at the gym and they absorb sweat very well. I would recommend getting these, it's a great deal rather than spending nearly $30 for a name brand because that's all you're paying for, the name. I have a few shirts and they do a great job when you're working out.

These shirts are rad! I love the design of this shirt. It allows tons of airflow, but the front panel being a little thicker slows that breeze a little to keep my core cooking. Love em!

Love these shirts! My only criticism is that the logo (Skull and Crossbones) on the left sleeve peels off after the shirts have been washed a few times, but that won't prevent me from buying more of them, especially when the price is around $20.00 for 3 of them!

I pretty much live in dry-fit shirts and have worn many over the years. These are a little thinner than some of the more expensive options, but that's not necessarily a negative. They absorb sweat well, size is spot on, and for the price they are amazing. I already bought a second pack.
