I have only used it for a weekend, but so far a great product. Shabbat mode works very well and went not in Shabbat mode it has a number of great dispense options. The water heats rapidly and stays hot. My only minor gripe is that the instruction booklet could have been clearer, when writing for an English speaking market the diction and grammar have to be crystal clear.

Mediocre quality
Heats water quickly and retains the hot water temp as needed. I would by it again.Updated: The manual pump stops working eventually. Poor sealing mechanism.

I purchased this item in mid-2014. It worked well until recently, when it started to leak. The product, only 18 months old, is no longer usable. HG

Very happy so far
Very happy so far! (Only been two days) easy to use, and water stays a perfect temp! Only complaint is that the thermos came dented in the back. For 90$ I expect an undamaged item....It also came without a packing slip, so not sure how to get in touch with the company

Well made, works perfectly as described. Be sure to ask your rav about toyveling.
I had one of these that lasted for several years, but died after we failed to clean it regularly. If the scale is allowed to build up the element can overheat, and that seems to do them in. Unlike previous models, this one came with a reasonably complete and intelligible user manual - quite an oddity in Chinese products. Two months ago we purchased a GForce GF-1479-966 "Luxury" Sabbath Hot Water Urn on Amazon [https://www.amazon.com/review/R1JA823HMRRXPH/ref=cm_cr_rdp_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B00S644GF2], which lacked any of the automated features on this model. It didn't take long for us to realize we'd made a mistake. We were amused to find a slip of paper on top of the inner packaging that stated, "Warranty is void if product is immersed". I'm a Lubovitcher- our rabbis toivel EVERYTHING (immerse in water in accord with Jewish law), wait a week for the electrical parts to dry out, and claim that it never causes a problem. But I'm also an electrical engineer - and I just can't imagine doing that. My rav's "aitza" (advice) was to dismantle the pot to the extent that it was totally inoperative and wouldn't hold water, and then reassemble it, thereby "completing the manufacturing process" myself. On the Soviet style GForce pot we were replacing, I was able to remove the spigot and sight glass and then replaced them - a simple enough task, which satisfied everyone. That's impossible in this case - you can't make it not hold water without destroying it. All I was able to do was remove and completely disassemble the pump lid, which I've done previously on other units. Be sure to ask your rav how to deal with the toyveling issue before you buy this model.

5 years and counting
We have owned this and used it continuously for 5 years in May. We have been thoroughly pleased and love having hot water available at all times.Only recently have we been experiencing the "light show" that others have mentioned in quite a few reviews. The solution seems to be that you have to unplug and replug to reset something. We had to do it a couple times before it stopped blinking and we think there might have been an issue with the latch on the lid.We only use filtered water (Zero Water filter) and have really only cleaned it out (using citric acid diluted in water) a couple of times in all these years. We are pleased that this appliance has lasted so long. I hope others are helped and encouraged by this review.

purchased in Nov.2015. cleaned filter inside unit, could not figure out how to remove filter to clean it. no instructions. now the unit dispenses very little water when manual dispense. no way to reach company on the internet. spent a lot of money for a problematic product. if anyone knows of a more durable product please post.

Great hot water dispenser
Great hot water dispenser. keeps water very hot.I like Shabbos mode feature. But you first have to boil water then once it's warming, then press Shabbos mode and all buttons will not work except pump.If you press Shabbos mode right when you fill up, water will not heat up.
