Great product, buy already filled, not meant for punching, DONT PUNCH, just use for head movement, if not punched then the adhesive IS durable. If it’s hooked on and screwed in like in a garage or something of that nature then you can probably get away with tapping it maybe during shadow boxing etc. other than that, great value, does what it says.

Great took for a basic skill
Awesome tool for a basic technique. People complain of it breaking but I don’t think you’re supposed to punch it hard. All that is required is a slight push to get the bag going. Decent quality.

Could of got the 5 stars if the sticky part didn’t break seconds after my 3yr old started hitting it… all in all seems like a great put together piece without that part

This is absolute quality, the setup installation it came with works great, extremely solid.. not sure if its even designed to be struck, but its phenomenal for slipping/rolling/etc for head movement... love it

I have a home gym and I am using this to help on my training and technique. Timing is key and helps me duck, bob and weave. Buy the weighted version!
