Looks good as seen on picture. Unfortunately it has two cracks on the bottom underneath. It's not visible from the top and so far it seems to hold together. The crack is kinda serious and could mean that the bottom plate may crack into two or three pieces one day. Not sure how this happened? Maybe was shipped like that or happened during delivery. Perhaps the wood was too dry so that internal tension made it crack. Although it seems fine so far, this shouldn't happen doesn't matter if it costs $10 or in this case, $100, because this means it won't fulfill its described purpose eventually.

Pros:1. I love the style and it enhances the look of my Ovation.2. Its sturdy and confidently holds my guitar.3. Its light and is easy to move around the room for use and floor cleaning.4. Easy to assemble.Cons:1. There is no protection on the collar so that the neck doesn't get damaged. I had to buy felt tape and hand-craft it to prevent damage to my guitar. See pictures2. There is no protection on the base so I had to buy felt feet for the bottom. See pictures3. I think that there should be more color options or woods. I would have liked something a bit darker.Overall, I would buy it again but there definitely room for improvement.

Two things to be aware of if you are purchasing this guitar stand.1 - they do not have rubber or padding around the the neck rest. It is hard to see that from the photos.2 - I was not pleased with how they work with electric guitars. With acoustics they work fine, but electrics tend to pull them off balance.Otherwise, for acoustics they are balanced and seem to work appropriately.

I love this ukulele stand. It's very elegant looking, very sturdy, and made of bamboo, which is sustainable. I have bought 4 of them. Even though I'm giving it 5 stars, I must warn everyone that you will occasionally get a defectively manufactured one. The first one I bought was not not drilled accurately and therefore could not be assembled. They happily replaced it with a good one. I bought 3 more and one of them was also mis-drilled. They are sending the replacement for that one as well. I wish they would inspect them before sending them.

Pretty

Yes its a little more expensive than other stands, but quality rarely comes cheap. Its solid and looks lovely.

This sleek stand was a gift for my musician daughter. It was easy to assemble! It is pretty like a piece of furniture rather than black plastic and metal like cheaper guitar stands so it is a good value for the money.
