Perfect for any wod any day! After figuring out how loose to make the strap so I could easily move them when doing other movements and mastering getting the strap velcro-ed I am a very happy camper. I used these for bar muscle ups, pull ups, toes to bar, and chest to bars and find my grip is better, I am slipping less, and no longer ripping my hands to shreds. They are a great thickness and fit my hands perfectly (following the measurement guide I was a L) These offer the best protection I’ve had in a pair of grips and hope they last!

I’ve tried several JerkFit products in the past and they’ve all been top-notch, but these Fly Grips are some of my favorites yet. This has quickly become my new gym buddy! It does a great job protecting my hands from ripping during heavy lifts and provides excellent grip support, especially when my hands get sweaty. The fit is snug and comfortable without cutting off circulation, and it’s held up well through multiple workouts so far. Overall, it’s a solid piece of gear that makes a big difference for anyone dealing with hand tears or grip issues at the gym

I love these Fly Grips! They help me squeeze out another rep or two when my grip would normally give out—especially during heavy deadlifts. They also provide great protection for my hands during pull-ups and toes-to-bar, so I don’t have to worry about slipping or tearing. I was between sizes and, per the instructions, went with the larger size (M). They work well, but I think a small would have fit fine too. Overall, excellent quality and performance—I highly recommend them!

The package arrived on time and in good shape. The Fly Grips fit well (medium) and are good quality. I will be trying them out at the gym tomorrow! This are my first pair of grips and I am hoping to be able to do more on the bar!

They don't cover my painful calluses. If the finger holes were smaller they might work perfectly because they seem to be really good quality. I measured and I am exactly a medium but my fingers are less than half the size of holes. Will be returning.

These are very comfortable and work well. I am new to Crossfit and am super excited about these. I also like that they are vegan.

After trialling many grips both fingerless and with fingers, these are the best I have tried. There is a break in period as usual so don't expect them to be super grippy to begin with.
