A great activity for physical education really of all ages. However search YouTube for some how-to videos when it comes to tying the rope off. If you Tie it off incorrectly you can tear the ball and need to order a replacement bladder rather quickly.

Bladder won't inflate. Spare bladder was not in the package. Unable to return it. Paid nearly $300 for a faulty product. Unfortunate since this product has been in previous schools and there were no issues.
