These are very good pignoli nuts. I store them in the freezer to maintain freshness. They toast up well.

I bought this product to make a very special cookie for a family member. I was surprised at the cost of pine nuts and hesitated about buying this brand. I am glad I did. The product was fresh and the taste was very good. I compared this brand to others on a few sites and decided on this one. It worked out well making the cookies.

Fresh and delicious! For those who aren't familiar with pine nuts, they come from pine trees and are harvested from pine cones. They're a big deal in New Mexico but gathering them myself? That's tough, and is dependent on a variety of things. And shelling them? Noooo thank you! The shell is quite hard and has been known to break a tooth lol. So... as someone who's very much familiar with buying shelled pine nuts, I can assure you these are great quality and a great price.I prefer them toasted. You can oven roast them but I like to put them in a dry skillet and toast them on low heat with a little salt. It only takes a few minutes and voíla... a delicious, healthy snack or a garnish or an addition to cookies or whatever!

I've enjoyed pine nuts for years, using them in cooking and for garnish. This is the first time I've ordered from It's Just, and I couldn't be more impressed. The nuts are plump and larger that most pine nuts I've used. And they're fresh as can be. Pine nuts tend to be expensive, but this product is comparable in price to others. If you're going to indulge in pine nuts, you might as well have the best quality. I highly recommend this item!
