Wusthof Classic 2-3/4-Inch Parmesan Cheese Knife

Gotta be the finest Parmesan knife out there. Thick blade perfect for breaking off chunks to nibble on, and a reasonably sharp edge if you need to sheer off a little something else. Perfect, and nice that it makes my other Wusthofs.

Every year I treat my husband with one Wusthof knife. He calls them 'the only knifes I'll ever need!' Given the quality, I think he'll enjoy them for years to come, and I'll enjoy more home cooked meals!

Treated myself to the Wusthof cheese knives to add to my collection. This one cuts parmesan easily but I find that the ordinary cheese knife in the series is the one I use for most cheese cutting.

I have the whole set of Wusthof Classic knives and thought this knife would be good for cutting very hard cheeses like parmesan, as it said it would do. Wrong ! Unlike the other knives, this one does not seem "sharp" and when I use it I am afraid it is going to slip. Would not recommend this one.

I bought this knife for my husband for Christmas because he loves parmesan cheese. He says it's weighted nicely so the cheese cuts more easily than with a regular knife. He thinks it's wonderful!
