I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Gudtea. I am not a believer in diet supplements and pills, but I have been looking for a natural way to lose some weight and re-charge my batteries. A friend of mine recommended that I do a teatox, so I did some research and chose Gudtea. Of all the teatox brands out there, I genuinely think Gudtea is the best. All their ingredients are organic and, in my opinion, their mix of ingredients is the most potent when it comes to detoxing and losing weight. I noticed that some of the other teatox brands have weird ingredients like corn while other brands consist mainly of senna (a strong laxative). Gudtea on the other hand has a balanced blend of teas (green tea and oolong) and other natural ingredients like ginger, dandelion, and rosehips, all of which contribute to flushing toxins from the body and losing fat. In other words, there is absolutely no filler in Gudtea...every one of the ingredients is in there for a purpose. Anyways, I have gone through 14 days of Gudtea and I feel fantastic. I'm a 43 year old female, 5'2 and 137 lbs. I lost 4 pounds after doing Gudtea's 14 day detox and my energy levels are at a new high. I feel less hungry, less prone to snacking, less fatigued during the day, and my body just feels more balanced after drinking Gudtea. Doing this teatox is actually making me consider switching from coffee to tea over the long-term. The boost I get from my morning cup of Gudtea is more stable and long-lasting than the kick I get from coffee. And no jitters and no crashing after drinking Gudtea. Gudtea provides me with a nice, slow-burning reserve of energy through the day. In case you don't know, Gudtea comes as a loose-leaf tea, so you will need a tea infuser. I use a simple and very handy Bodum strainer. I recommend Gudtea without hesitation. I simply can't think of an easier, tastier way to kick-start a more balanced, healthy lifestyle.

I bought Gudtea to help control my appetite and relax my digestion and hopefully to lose someweight. I’m a tea drinker anyways and I’ve been wanting to try a detox tea for a while now. Ichose Gudtea because the ingredients are organic and it seems they were well chosen. Let metell you, I’m not looking back…the Gudtea blend is fantastic! I drink it in the morning and it hasa nice, soothing effect on my tummy and helps me control my hunger through the day. I’msnacking less and I’ve got much more control over my appetite. On top of that, it tastes lovely.It’s got a beautiful aroma and a slightly sweet taste. To me, this is a beautiful, healthy way tostart the day. If you’re trying to lose weight and you’re a tea drinker anyway, Gudtea is a no-brainer. I’ve added a couple pictures to show how lovely my mornings are with Gudtea!

I have mixed emotions. I love loose tea and can fix a perfect cup in my Breville BTM800XL One-Touch Tea Maker. I really love the taste of this tea, and except for the Senna, this includes herbs that I drink in my various herbal teas. The second day and third day, I either was having stomach issues or, more likely, the cleanse was working. It was never uncomfortable though.5 days in, my scale said I was down 6 pounds. I'm pretty sure it was just retained water (which comes back each day), because I popped back up 3 pounds in the next day or two and didn't change anything. After day 5, I decided this was no longer working. By day 7, I'm drinking 3 cups per day and I still am not seeing any effects (in the bathroom or the scale). I seem to have plateaued.I will keep going until the 14 days is complete in hopes it will kick in again.On the upside, it's enjoyable to drink the tea, so I don't feel totally like I'm wasting my time.UPDATE: I finished the 14 days at the plateau. Either I didn't need cleansing or it doesn't really work.

Love the taste of this tea. I drank it every morning before breakfast. I am a small framed woman 115 pounds. I was not drinking it for weight lose but more of a detox. I feel like it was a good suppressant I was not hungry after drinking the tea. I don't think it did much for my gut but I would definitely order it again bc of the taste!

this tea is ok. I haven't gotten through the full 14 days but it seems to have been working so far. I have had the baetea as well and that tea is better because it taste better. They both do the job effectively. I would suggest the baetea because if your going to drink it consistent for 14 days the taste needs to be good. I added a little sugar free honey and GUDTEA was fine but with baetea I didn't need to add anything

Tasty, costly, but most of all effective !

Great taste and it works!The senna helps clean you out on a regular basis. Great for a two week cleanse once or twice a year.
