These are the best prunes I have ever tasted. Far superior to ones I bought in the grocery store. I like that they are organic and preservative free. Highly recommend.

Disappointed/surprised
I try to eat super clean, organic mostly plant based foods. I purchased these along with figs, apricots, and dates - all from different companies. I was going for pure with great texture. These may be pure but definitely NOT the texture I was looking for. They arrived kinda mashed up into clusters. I was looking for supple, soft plump and shiny prunes. The kind I guess that get tossed in sunflower or some other kind of oil. Like the Costco brand. I wanted to avoid the oil. But I’m reconsidering because of what it does for texture. These had fine flavor, but nothing outstanding. I won’t be repurchasing these. **** Review update: after posting this TerraSoul reached out to me to apologize for my experience and offered reciprocity. I am AMAZED! I don’t think I’ve ever met with customer service that good in my life.. I will certainly reconsider this brand and HIGHLY recommend them for excellent customer service. They also have not disappointed on any other purchases I’ve made. Way to go TerraSoul!!

REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY
I previously wrote an excellent review of this product. If fresh, they are deliciously lush and healthful...plump and full of flavor, and apparently ALL natural. THAT might be where a problem occurs. CONTRARY to its labeling, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY REFRIGERATE even an unopened bag. If already opened, they quickly become MOLDY ! And even an unopened bag WILL SWELL AND EXPLODE ! I am all for "natural", but apparently the absence of a preservative makes this DRIED FRUIT subject to decay and a waste of money. So, either use a new bag QUICKLY or immediately REFRIGERATE !
