Liked this book as I could relate to it as my descendants come from the area. It has been past around and we have all learned something new about the area we grew up in and its locals

A Beautiful insight into the wonderful characters and stories from a bygone time in one of the most beautiful parts of the highlands. A must read for anyone who’s heart belongs in the highlands.

Love this book

This book has exceeded my expectations. I love the style of writing. I am doing my family tree and we farmed in the Braes for over 250 years so it was wonderful to read about what it was like when my great grandfather and grandfather were there. There were a couple of stories in the book about my great grandfather!
