I bought these to build survival tins. They worked perfectly. They have a little more room then a Altoid tin and I took advantage of that with putting better gear in. Things like a Gerber Para Mini and a better ferro rod. The size os still perfect for a cargo pocket or the back pocket of you jeans. They shipped fast and fit my intended purpose perfectly. These tins were small, but good quality. They were cellophane packaged for shipping. Nice smooth and clean design. No scratches or chipping of black from the tins.

Basic tin that worked well for my needs.

We have a safe in our closet that we keep everything in so I was looking for something to sort the small things and came across these. I ordered them and they came very quickly with four of the small tins wrapped in plastic. I opened them up and inspected them and they are really nice and the lids fit snugly unlike some tins I've owned in the past that had the lids constantly falling off. This is exactly what I was looking for so I am pretty excited. I put some jewelry in them that I was afraid I was going to lose like earrings, rings, and body jewelry. I put some rare coins that I wanted to keep separate in the others. Then they fit nicely stacked up in the safe in our closet. I could really find a million other uses for these. I have small children so carrying around a first aid kit with some band aides and ointment is always nice and these would work well for that because they are small enough to fit in my purse. They could be used to keep matches in or pills/vitamins for the day. I always have uses for tins around my house and these are serving their purpose.
