Bouillabaisse Anyone?
We used this mix to make a very tasty bouillabaisse featuring salmon, clams, mussels, scallops and shrimp . I added some additional seasonings, plus garlic, onions and peppers. It was a big hit at the party

Rabelais = great spice
All their products (from France, where I first discovered) are top notch. I use this one with paprika for just about everything from making mayonnaise to marinating meat to scrabked eggs.
