Great pita chips. Crunchy, odd shape.

I seem to build my appetizers around these delicious super crispy crunchy little pita crackers lol. They have the right amount of crunchiness and texture , and the perfect balance of saltiness and spice. The Sea Salt flavor is out of this world!

I love these crackers for dips, work perfect for spinach dip and hummus.

For dipping.

I usually buy this from the supermarket as a snack and I do enjoy it. It's crispy and not too salty. It goes great with a hummus dip or some kind of ranch dip. You can also get fancy and add in a bit of cheese and/or cured meats.I was really happy to find these on Amazon and I bought a few boxes via Subscribe and Save (even cheaper!) to distribute in a gift basket project I had for the 2016 holidays for various people in my life. This does help a bunch to really pad the baskets as a cheap filler! The recipients loved it, so I am pretty happy with it too.

When it comes to crackers, they are usually bready and dry. When it comes to pita chips they are usually very crisp, brittle and tasteless. These are in between. Not too thick and dry and not too brittle. A perfect inbetween that gets the best of both and none of the worst.

They are good, but not great. To me they are bland, and need more salt. But maybe that is the way they are supposed to be? I think it would be better if it had some kind of seasoning, like garlic. But maybe these are made strictly for dipping. I ate mine plain, maybe that is why I didn't care for them. They aren't bad. Just boring.
