I buy these whenever I can get my hands on them. The cornbread mix is so yummy! Soft, easy to make, and great tasting.

This mix is absolutely delicious! With a slab of Irish butter it might be one of the best things I've ever eaten.

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Conrbread Mix is the best GF product I have found. I have tried their GF pizza dough and other types of products, but this cornbread mix is the best. I love having it around, it's not too sweet and reminds me of my Southern type of cornbread I was taught to make.

It bakes well, for gluten free it does have a nice texture (fluffy,crisp top, slight crumble). My only gripe is to add more salt to the mix before you bake it for it is a little bland.

They didn’t have Jiffy, so I opted for this. Not the same. Not bad, but not as good tasting.

Great tasting gf cornbread mix. Nice texture and taste. Easy to use.

Unable to find this product at local stores. It has great taste and very easy to make. 8 year old granddaughter enjoys making corn bread muffins. Very tasty.

I was a little disappointed, found it a little dry. I'll buy another packet as it tasted good but I'll tweak it.
