I’m impressed the socks were comfortable and fit my legs which I had my doubts. Great product getting ready to order another pair.

I feel the sizing is not correct. I measured carefully, and ordered accordingly, even going up a size to be sure. Everyone is different, and maybe it’s the compression, but they pinched at the ankle, knee and thigh. Torturous! Especially if there has been any surgery involved. I then ordered the largest size offered, and they fit perfectly. I would suggest going up at least two sizes to get a comfortable fit.

I would have given a 5 star rating if they were easier for larger folks to get them on comfortably.When you are 335 lbs and shaped larger on the bottom, it is hard to pull things up the back of your leg and with severe hand pain it is impossible. So I recommend going up a size or 2 which is what I did. Look at the individual photos because a few pairs have even larger sizes up to 7xl. YES I said a 7xl.I have been looking for something like this for a really long time. Everything the doctor recommended or I tried on my own did not work and cut into my leg in the back and thigh, well everywhere and really hurt. I have SEVERE bone on bone arthritis and Lupus so my leg pain is really bad most days but I am not eligible for surgery because of my weight. I stand or can't move or walk without severe pain so I needed something. It is so hard to do anything and my quality of life is pretty much non existent.This is my 2nd pair. I ordered the first pair according to my measurements and I was a 4xl according to the size chart I was excited when they arrived and REALLY wanted them to work but my hands hurt so badly and I struggled getting them pulled up high enough and was able to so this proves they stretch well ... but because I just did not have the strength I could not adjust them correctly and they dug in as the back of my leg and my knee. It is harder when you are heavy to get all the creases out which really hurt so these were not going to work for me..So I returned the first pair and kept looking but kept coming back to these and wondering if I should just try the 5xl. It looked like the largest size was a 5xl but JUST SO YOU KNOW.. two or three of the colors go up to 7 XL so click and look at the size charts. If they were big they could at least keep my leg warm this winter so I knew I would keep them if I could get them pulled up.I won't know how well they work for a while but I received them today. Surprising to me......... I was able to get them on .... and pulled all the way up ...and this size is SUPER LONG and goes all the way up to where the sun doesn't shine. Since they are so long they also go over my foot so my toes just show. But that is an added bonus because my feet swell.I know the support probably is not as strong but this size was 5 inches larger in the calf and 2 inches larger in the thigh. So today I have been wearing ONE stocking on my worst leg to see if there is a difference and I have had it on for over 5 hours and they are REALLY COMFORTABLE. I thought this would dig into my thigh but the grip works really well at keeping them up and in place. Everything rolls down on me so if things roll on you try this.My only suggestion is for the company to create a separate style for larger folks or those with a disability so we can put them on easier. Maybe a pull on up and over the knee and a zip front top or something or a total zipper with skin protection flap ... I am sure there is a way. OH and on the colors that go up to 7xl maybe make that visible.Today I stood in the kitchen and made dinner (I rarely do this) and did not have to sit down every few minutes. I really hope these do the trick but I will not be returning these ... if these are not snug enough to help with the pain I will just use them when it is cold to keep my legs warm.

Update...They stretched right out at thigh top after a day and do nothing but slide down below my knees if I ignore them or don't literally hold them while I walk.Totally unwearable this way so I got on another site and ordered a medical garter belt. They are indeed worth keeping. Great material, good compression so I can urinate and reduce edema and long enough to wrap around my ankle. They slide down either way too. I'm taking them down to 3 stars because of this. I have the correct size. They, like knee are not and I don't think ever going to stay in place as advertised without a good garter belt.I've been on my legs/feet all day today with knee high 20-30 compression socks. As you can see, not too swollen at ankles today but all dluid is stuck in calf, chin and knees.I've got Hashimoto's which mimics MS that's caused visible brain damage/ lesions and both Autonomic Neuropathy and Autonomic Dysreflexia. Steroid treatment for those caused both Cushing's Syndrome and Adrenal Insufficiency. But wait...there's more. So much more!I have been getting massive edema in my knees and legs from being upright painting and tearing up flooring in my home for the last month. I've bought and returned every knee sleeve and or brace on here. I remembered thigh high and and searched 20-30 compression for knee sleeve too and hit the jackpot. They feel similar to these and I hope they work. Anyway, back to these. They are so long that I decided to leave them down around my ankle and half foot like my favorite Dr Miller compression socks I love. Omw, they're so comfortable and instantly took pressure off of my legs. They seem to stay in place on thigh just fine. I will put my pants back on and get to painting in a few. I'm going to leave them just like this until I've finished for the evening. The real test will be if I can still urinate with them on and not have fluid stuck mid thigh.I had that happen with a bad pair of thigh high when I weighed 30# less with much smaller thighs. I'm currently 216#, 5'3" and a sz 18 pants. I've lost 60# of fluid and flab from being on Hospice for 3 years and 100% sedentary while bedridden.So far they have not moved 1 inch down my thigh. I'm happy already. If I can gain ankle compression and well as calf to thigh and avoid pitting edema or a need for knee sleeves which push all fluid down my feet so bad that it was beginning to go to the bottom of my foot pad. Wthellokitty??!! That was new and definitely unwanted.I'll update as I find more info. I just wanted to get a quick review on them because they actually stay put and are so soft and comfortable.Only downer is that these plus size looking puppies have a horrible odor though. Seriously bad chemical stench. If I weren't already on an increased steroid for a flare I'd have to take one. If not for that I'd have given 5 stars.

I love love LOVE these thigh high compression Stockings! I have TWO other pairs from a different company, and while those are equally as nice, they didn’t offer a size up! I have those in a 2XL, and I wanted ones that would fit COMFORTABLY up my ENTIRE thigh and as you can see, these do Just that! I got these in a XXXL.. for reference I am 5”5, 190lbs.The stockings are a SOFT, SOLID QUALITY and I knew from the moment I slipped them on that the pains in my legs and feet Would subside! It did Instantly. I’m so glad that I decided to take a chance on these, among the sea of others on Amazon.Psst! Seller, I wouldn’t mind being gifted a 2nd pair.Stellar product, and I’m very discerning about the quality of products I choose.

I love them they fit my legs so good. I would even buy them again. They are so comfortable. I like them a lot better than the other ones that I had years ago at least my feet can be able to get air. I love them a lot. I will order them again thanks so much

Works good but wish it was as tight on my leg as it was on my thigh. More compression in the leg than the thigh area but other than that it works great.
