A beautiful piece for making a wonderful brew
The glass had me skeptical at first as I am paranoid about hot glass and exploding. This espresso maker is so beautiful and yet well made. The flap is a sturdy steel. The handle fits perfect in your had. The mesh strainer inside also is great quality which you rarely see. So it means a great brew of espresso.Cons are it’s for espresso so it’s expected you won’t get a large amount of coffee but still, if you drink espresso like American coffee like I do the you’ll need to brew a couple of pots for the day. When cleaning you have to be very careful to not run your fingers /sponge around the area near the handle base as there is a small piece of metal that can cut you. I usually take it slow around this area. The espresso chamber should hold equal amounts of coffee as the water you poured in the chamber but this isn’t the case. I have to hurry and pour out some coffee as it’s rising up to prevent overspill.Other that that? I still think it’s a great addition to your coffee lover needs. It makes a great present as it comes in a nice black box, well packaged.

Love it
Makes a good cup of Italian espresso (if made with with real Italian espresso coffee), lots of flavor... The glass upper carafe is sleek and stylish cleans very easily. I also have a bialetti 6 cup and l use both every morning for my spouse and I and I will say there's a subtle difference between the two... Again, don't get me wrong, they both make excellent espresso but there is a slight difference between the two and I think it's because the coffee grind filter basket in the bialetti holds slightly more coffee grinds then the Rumia does, but like I said, both make great cups of espresso you can't go wrong with either one, the difference might not even be really perceptible to most people. I guess I'm just a nerd that way, LOL

NOT Aluminum !!!
Or Tin. This is healthy. It’s glass and stainless steel. Well worth the $$$. You can put it in your dishwasher and / or clean it with detergent. I like this feature. Ingesting aluminum is dangerous. Not being able toClean anything properly is dangerous. I loved my other coffee maker but I had to make a choice. This makes great coffee !!! And it’s safe to use.

Not espresso, but very good coffee
This is more like an inverted percolator, and not espresso. But it does make a decent cup of strong coffee. The only negative is that the handle does get REALLY hot, making it necessary to use a pot holder to pick it up. It would probably be better if there was a silicone handle instead of the Bakelite-type plastic.

Exactly what I was looking for
I needed a way to make espresso for lattes that was smaller and less expensive than an espresso machine and this was perfect! It's super easy to use, easy to clean, and makes great coffee. This has now become part of my weekend morning routine! I would highly recommend this moka pot with the glass collection cup. It's so much easier to see when it's done, and I have never burned my coffee in this.

No, this isn’t it!
Having previously come from a Keurig and a percolator, I can heartily say this is the one! It provides the strong taste of the Keurig with the practicality (and a better designed version) of the percolator. The material is of high quality, and the way it came packaged really shows this. I also had thought it was very sturdy, and everything screwed/fit perfectly. The coffee is indeed done in minutes, and I had no problems cleaning the moka pot. It was definitely worth the $39 I spent on this product.Update: A little over a month later, the handle snapped off the pitcher as I was turning it. I don’t know what they used to attach the handle to the pitcher (glue?) but suffice to say, it does NOT work. I do not recommend, especially for a $39 product that lasts only a month. Back to finding another one!

Solid purchase
This thing works like a charm. We were able to get a Bialetti free from a friend, but we’re moving into a house with an induction cooktop. This model is one of a couple on Amazon induction compatible, but also works on all other tops.Feels like a quality product. The glass top is a nice touch. Works great, super reliable and makes an absolute great start to the day. All pieces come apart for easy cleaning.

Great coffee
This is a great little espresso maker. Quick and easy to use and makes great coffee. The only small drawback is it can spill a little when pouring. Highly recommended for delicious coffee.
