I have never taken a CoQ10 supplement before but thought if it's good for my heart and might give me an energy boost, why not? I have taken it now for about a week and have not experienced any noticeable difference in my energy level. Can't say if it's preventing heart disease, but I hope so!Now, about the taste....bad! It's like chalky orange juice. My first taste was tolerable. I followed the instructions: 3 squirts under the tongue. Swallow after 10-15 seconds. I've tasted worse. After I got the sour look off my face, I got my husband to try it. He wasn't a fan either. He hasn't tried again.The instructions tell you to store the bottle in the fridge. So now when I take it, it's cold on my mouth and my teeth if I move too quick. And, I swear, it tastes worse cold! And since it's in the fridge, I forget to take it unless I'm getting something from there.I guess this would be good for someone that can't take pills, or has no sense of taste.
