Q: Does the soybean oil have a prominent taste over the olive oil in the chili oil?

No it does not. The flavor of the oil is very flavorful with the fried garlic and shallots that neither is very noticeable

Q: Why is the advertised nutritional information different than what you see on the label when you get it?

We had retesting done and the amount of servings per jar was incorrect and calorie count etc. Unfortunately some of the old circulated nutritional labels were still circulated under amazon distribution. The correct label is what is on the page. All the new labels are now being printed so they will match going forward

Olive oil, garlic, shallots and hot chile peppers

Q: Is this product non GMO?

It is not indicated on the jar label that it is GMO. But, I highly recommend this chili oil- it’s REALLY tasty. Delicious flavors all meld together and it’s not overwhelmingly spicy that it ruins food flavors.
