This is a great probiotic and enzyme. I have taking it for a long time and I like the results that I get.

I’ve been using Actizyme for years. It seems to be the best combination for my needs. It helps with digestion of most everything that bothers me and is of good, consistent quality.

When I need an enzyme I want it to work but to not be aggressive, if you know what I mean. I feel like this, almost always, fits the bill. Helps to take away gas symptoms and moves things along without feeling like I need to rush to the facilities. If I take it too many days in a row I end up semi-constipated, but everyone is different. This is definitely a "give it a try" product.

I found I could only use one a day, or they caused terrible acid reflux. Once I use these up I’ll go back to the product I used previously. (Same company.)
