"Balloon Fest" This whimsical artwork of balloons in flight was created in primary colors as a celebration of happy experiences. The watercolor painting has squiggles and swirls to illustrate confetti falling from the sky, and spatter for fun and texture. Each balloon and tail was outlined with glittery dimensional paint for added sparkle.
