We got these after a gift of some sewing shears. Very sharp. Very nice.

Slips apart easily for cleaning, and goes back together just as smoothly. Handles are roomy enough for large hands. Blades are sharp enough to cut a variety of things easily.

Man these are supper sharp and for the price. There just as good as any of the other high end sheers. I’m impressed. Easily adjustable. Comfortable. There not a multi kitchen tool but they do exactly what we’re made for sheering through pizza, chicken, rose stems, plant trimming. I even cut hair with them. Easy to take apart to clean. Sharpen at your own expense. They have micro serrations so get instructions or get a professional. You will love these.

As a quilter, all I use is Kai scissors for their excellent quality and sharp blades. Finally got a pair for the kitchen. They are all metal, well weighted, and multi-use. I can cut up a chicken or cut through a plastic clam shell wrapped product. These are going to last for years, come apart for sharpening or putting in the dishwasher and are made in Japan.

I don't even need a pair of scissors. I only use them occasionally and a pair from the corner drug store would do the trick but it is just so incredibly satisfying to use an item that is well made and these scissors are no exception. I enjoy them so much that I feel like I should start rationalizing a reason to buy another pair I don't need.

I'm extremely disappointed in these shears. I'm even more disappointed in the companies handling of the situation!#1. After a single trip through the dishwasher these developed rust on them, something many cheap pairs of kitchen shears has never done.#2. I thought OK, maybe I just got a defective pair. Instead of rushing to return these to amazon I will contact Kai, send photo's and see what they say. The response was dismal.Response #1: "In response to your email, rust is not covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty. We recommend a product called “Flitz” to polish your knife. It is a blue gel which helps remove rust, stains, and corrosion from steel. If you decide to use the product, be aware to only use the product specifically on the areas affected by rust. After use, please clean thoroughly and finish with a light coating of oil on the blade. "My reply to them: "So just to confirm these scissors are not stainless steel even though they are advertised as such? I’ve never owned a pair of stainless scissors that rust in any way this is the first and coincidentally most expensive."Response #2: "We cannot advise or speak on “DH3345” shears specifically, these seem to be scissors which are manufactured by our parent company KAI in Japan. However, this is not an item we directly sell, produce, distribute, store, or otherwise handle here in the US. If you are having any complications with them we recommend contacting the original place of purchase (in this case, Amazon)."So there you have it. If you purchase these scissors in the USA and have any trouble whatsoever hope you are still within your return policy!

切れはとても良いですが　ジョイントのネジ部分がサビみたいな色が付きます。全てステンレスではないのかな？

肉や凍った野菜と果物、プラスティックのパッケージも切れます。包丁で扱いにくいものはハサミで対応できるのは助かります。

見た目からして裁ち鋏をキッチン用として売り出してるかと思いましたがちゃんと専用の仕様な様。　まな板を出したくない時にほとんどの食材をこれ一本で切れるほどには切れ味がいいので満足。簡単に分解できるので生肉を切った後も安心。組み立てる時はヒンジを指で軽く抑えながら組み込むと簡単に結合できます。
