Seems to be a nice product that holds up well but the water doesn't come down the first piece well, even after installing the opening that comes with it. Watch it closely during the first heavy rains and you'll see it almost skips the first piece.

I have two Tulip chains that have been installed for 9 months. One cup wall rusted around the hole for the cross wire support so that a quarter size piece was left hanging on the wire and the cup was hanging by one side.That led me to inspect the the rest of the cups and all are rusted at all seams. Another 9 months max and they will all be useless pieces.My option is to disassemble both chains, treat with naval jelly and then spray paint with rustoleum or such.Unless I hear of a better option from the seller.I will update this review as things develop.UPDATE: 2022-07-09 After some clarification with the seller, they have replaced both rain chains that had started to rust (per the photos attached.) It's unfortunate the originals rusted, but having them replaced shows very good customer service.As for the rain chains themselves, they are well designed and handle all but the torrential downpours we can get here in Florida. Plus they add a nice unique detail to the look of the house.I have upgraded my stars from one to three (points off for rust, points added for good customer service.

I ordered this for my she shed barn and it was super easy to install and love the antique look of the red. Zen is how I would describe the sound. It’s light weight which by the description I knew so I added a cast iron lantern at the bottom so the wind doesn’t bang it against the barn. Love the look!!!

We got 2 of them, 8.5' with the attachment for your gutter and bottom piece to put in place. Have had them up for a few months. It rained like crazy the other day and I noticed that they were taking a downpour without any issue. Looked like a waterfall. Excellent

Very nice and well made.

We love it. We have it near out porch and love to watch it when it rains. Much nicer than a leader. The waterfall effect is just beautiful.

The media could not be loaded.  Need to find a good spot and drill a hole to fit the mounting plate. I used caulking between the mounting plate and gutter.works and looks great.

I saw this in “Memoirs of a Geisha” and had to have it. The pictures on Amazon look like it’s made of sturdy verdigris copper or cast iron, but I was disappointed in how cheap they are. For the high price I’d expect a better product. It’s just stamped formed tin, painted to look like old copper. Probably costs Pennie’s to make and I spent almost $80!!! Underwhelmed.

Disappointed with this one. I ordered the blue rain chain but the one I received was almost entirely black, nothing like the pictures. One area of paint is chipped also showing the metal underneath so not sure how long it will last. Such a shame - had been looking forward to using it but because it’s so dark it’s almost invisible against the background.

Can’t wait to install this, have never used one before but we have an area that cannot have a down spout.
