I bought two of these pillows almost a year ago. Here are the pros-I wake up with no neck pain and the pillows can be shaped back into their original form. They look great and very crisp on my bed. The hypoallergenic covers are sturdy and super soft. Here are the cons-These pillows are really really firm. It's like hard as a park bench. Sometimes I want that cozy, comfy yet supported feel. It has taken more than a year for my pillow to soften up. I will say I went back to my old pillows and kept waking up with a headache. So, I switched back to these pillows and my headaches are gone. I have had them for quite a while and do recommend them.

I wouldn't say these pillows are comfortable at all. They are rock hard (after the shreds were done expanding it was still hard) waste of money.

This pillow is okay, it's firm but too firm. I'm a side sleeper and I'd wake up in the middle of the night because my ear hurts from sleeping on it. I have to use a pillow that's too soft with it to balance it out.

It's a nice pillow, but a little firm. The chemical smell takes a long time to go away and gives me a headache. Other than that it's a good pillow.
