Disclaimer: The tablets are larger and taste like vitamins. I don't have a problem swallowing pills and I don't really care how it tastes, so I don't have any issue with it, but wanted to mention it! They also do cause pretty intense gas. Hoping that will pass as my body adjusts to taking these daily. I have been taking my regular prenatals (different brand) for the first 6 months postpartum. I never really felt refreshed or productive. I have been taking these for about a week now and suddenly I feel energized. I feel like myself and like I can focus better and get things done without feeling like I need a nap after 10 minutes of work. As an added benefit, I love that these help me ensure that my baby is getting proper nutrients from my breastmilk. I did notice that the dose of Vitamin D is rather low so I am going to begin supplementing that in addition, but otherwise this is a great choice of supplement for postpartum!

These vitamins are amazing, I genuinely believe that they keep me feeling good/energetic and non deficient in all Vitamins while I breastfeed. I will say that they are fairy large pills if that is something that is an issue for you.

I love these postnatal vitamins! They have so many important nutrients similar to a prenatal but a little adjusted for postpartum support. These are very easy to swallow and they have a pleasant smell to them, plus they come in a glass bottle. 10/10!

I gave it two stars bec it does work with giving energy to me. I am ok with the taste and the size of the pills. But it caused me to have so much gas and to my baby too. Also caused strong vomiting for my baby. Im so upset bec it was big blows of vomiting. Also I feel my milk supply lessened. I immediately stopped taking it just after a few days. May have worked for others but it was more cons for me than pros. Now I have to look for another postnatal supplement to replace it.
