Received this magnetic wristband for Christmas. I fly Radio Control Helicopters and Air Planes. When I am at the flying field I am always handling small screws and nuts for my planes. You can't imagine how many I have dropped them on the ground or had them roll off the table and fall on the ground . I spend a lot of time hunting for these lost items. They work, but, I thought the wristband was magnetic. Instead there are several magnetic bars sewn into the band. That leaves areas where you think there are magnets but there are not. This is very useful, just be careful that you actually have a magnet where you put things.

I did’t realize it doesn’t hold stainless metals which he uses most of m, only regular metals

It has a very strong magnetic grip - I used it to hold not only screws, but screwdrivers as well. I have a little kid who picks up everything I put aside, and this magnetic grip sure helps to protect the child as well - it takes an effort to remove a screwdriver from the wristband. It is also neatly stitched, no loose threads. The wristband is adjustable, sop you don't need to worry about it not fitting your wrist - it will for sure. I would definitely recommend one of this to anybody who likes DIY projects or just works around the house/yard.

Magnets are too small and weak to hold a handful of 5/16 bit tips without being able to poke them off. Each magnet can only hold 2 screws

I am a total idiot for not ordering this useful accessory sooner! Dang is this thing handy! It really is like having a third hand or someone next to you handing you screws precisely when you need them. Not a design flaw since its August in Texas and hotter than the devil's hell itself, but that can make it a little uncomfortable. The canvas and velcro materials seem very sturdy and I'm sure will last for a long time. I feel confident I will complete more jobs efficiently with this accessory.

I was very happy with this purchase. It made a great stocking stuffer for my husband. The magnets are pretty strong and it comes in handy when working on the cars or when taking things apart to hold screws, etc.
