So I ordered 4 of this , and Lemme tell you it's for a medium weight wooden gates , not the main gate of the house. But it's very very good. I have Godrej door closer as well , but after installation doors doesn't open completely is a big downside of Godrej door closer. But with this, door opens & closes perfectly .very sturdy &good product. The only thing I found very painful with this was adjusting the speed . In order to adjust speed , you really have to apply force & put the screw in. Else it's perfect. Using it for about month now. Let's see how it holds in future.

The product description claims"Choose your return close speed to suit the environment in which the closer is placed by adjusting the hexagon socket head screw at the top."However, nothing happens. The head screw does not adjust. Called the customer care # provided with the product and was in turn asked to call another number which is never reachable!!Very Disappointing

The product does as described, but Holder that mounted on door on which the rod glides while opening and closing is made of plastic. Its already made a park on it and surely wont last for even 6 months. I wanted to send it back, but due to reliability but due to my urgent need kept it.

I liked the finish of the product. It may be suitable for a Screened Door...but definitely not for Bedrooms for married! I bought and installed them to keep automatic closing of Door of my AC Bedroom. Unfortunately, it was not closing fully and the from third day, it started making a Screeching Noice....which was disturbing. So kept it bypassed, in Installed Condition by folding the arm.

Easy to install and working nicely. Instead of rotating and putting the small revit in the hole they could have given some threading option so that it will be still more easy for tension adjustment
